Habits make it easy to function without having to make a multitude of tiny decisions for everyday things.

Some habits are good, some are not. Habits form patterns that also may be good or not.

Most of this is not visible to us so it can be difficult to think about our own thinking.

But if you don’t think about your thinking, your thought patterns will always lead you down the same paths. Great if you like where you’re going. Not great if you don’t.


change how you think, feel & behave

Habits of thinking, like all habits can be changed. You can take charge and steer your mind. Change The Channel, Change Your Mind.

When you change your thoughts ~ That changes your feelings ~ And it makes it so much easier to change your behavior.

If you’re happy with the path that you’re on ~ Then there’s no need to make changes.

But if you’re not happy with your path ~ It may be time for change. To not take charge of your thinking is to let your mind be like a leaf in the wind. Going this way, that way, whatever way. And that’s not going anywhere at all. At least not on a direct path to your goals.

If You Don’t Change Your Path ~ You May End Up Where You’re Headed.
